Welcome to Cloud Nirvana, a new, vendor-neutral conference on Cloud Computing where we are working to build a community of practice to drive Cloud adoption, awareness and cross-discipline ability.  Born out of the IT Leaders Community, with leadership from the CIO Forum, Cloud Nirvana acknowledges that Cloud is complex and requires a different mindset; it requires technology leaders that value collaboration and community.  In Cloud Nirvana, there is no single destination, but we share a common journey and a common purpose.  Let’s seize this moment as a community, come together and share that journey together. Join local thought leaders and your peers as we discuss

  • Cloud Sustainability – Enterprises should make sustainability a top business priority and take a holistic view by balancing all three dimensions: Environmental, Economic, and Social Equity
  • Cloud Security – How do you confidently move into the cloud and keep our data and applications secure?
  • Why Cloud? (“What is the Board conversation?”) – How do you “sell” cloud to the business? Why adopt the cloud? Why is it transformational from a business perspective?
  • App Dev, Agility & Innovation in Cloud – Just because you are “running” in cloud, doesn’t mean you are cloud-native.
  • Strategic Optimization - How do you strategically manage the cost/capability equation

We hope to see you there,

Sean Erikson - Conference Chair – VP, Enterprise Architecture - Grange
